Cave Springs Sex Offender Arrested On Suspicion Of Failing To Register

CAVE SPRINGS (KFSM) – A convicted sex offender was arrested in Cave Springs on suspicion of failing to register, police say.

C.R. Richardson, 29, was booked into the Benton County Detention Center on Jan. 8 at 1 p.m., jail records state. He faces a charge of failure to register as a sex offender.

Richardson is a level-four sex offender and was convicted of second degree sexual assault, according to the Arkansas sex offender database.

His residence is located in the 1100 block of Shores Avenue in Cave Springs, the database states.
