LITTLE ROCK (KTHV) – Arkansas House members passed a bill that would require doctors to be present when women take abortion-inducing medication.
Lawmakers passed the bill 83-4 on Feb. 2. The bill would prevent any instance of the medication being administered through telemedicine.
It would also require that doctors attempt to schedule a follow-up visit.
