Several Fire Departments Respond To Farmington House Fire

FARMINGTON (KFSM) – Firefighters were called to a house engulfed in flames in Farmington just after 8 p.m. Wednesday (Jan. 4), according to Farmington Police.

The house is located in the 300 block of Archie Watkins Rd., according to police. The family had been home earlier, but had gone into town when the fire started, police said. A neighbor called in the fire after seeing flames coming from the home.

The Farmington, Fayetteville, Wedington, Lincoln and Prairie Grove Fire Departments responded to the fire, according to police.

No injuries were reported.

No word yet on the cause of the fire, but the Washington County Fire Marshal is investigating.

The home is a total loss, according to police.
