Car Lands On Top Of Other Vehicle In Fayetteville Wreck
FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) – A traffic crash near Interstate 49 in Fayetteville on Wednesday morning ended with a car on top of another vehicle. No one was hurt in the wreck, according to Arkansas State Police.
State troopers responded at 6:48 a.m. to a report of a two-vehicle crash on the Porter Road exit for the interstate. A four-door sedan’s rear-end was on top of another vehicle on the side of the road, state police said.
Police said a sport utility vehicle parked on the side of the road appears to have been struck by a car traveling along the exit ramp. No one was inside the parked vehicle at the time, police said. No one was transported to the hospital, according to Central Emergency Medical Services.
Police said the SUV slid off the road around 1:30 a.m., but no one was injured. Later in the morning, state police were called to the scene because of a car that struck the SUV that was left on the side of the road. By the time emergency crews responded, no one from either vehicle was at the scene, according to state police.
