Fort Smith Police Obtain Warrant For Credit Card Fraud Suspect

FORT SMITH (KFSM) – The Fort Smith Police Department obtained a warrant for a credit card fraud suspect, according to a news release.

An arrest warrant was issued for Joshua S. Bowman, police said.

He is accused of charging more than $20,000 in purchases from a credit card believed to have been stolen from a mailbox, according to police.

The victim is an older resident of a nursing home in Claremore, Okla., police said.

He is also wanted on suspicion of violating his parole, the release states.
