FORT SMITH (KFSM) – Fort Smith Police had to direct traffic around two semis that blocked traffic along Towson Ave. near Dodson Ave early Friday (March 5).
The two semi-trucks stalled on a hill in icy conditions.
Fort Smith Police said drivers had a hard time traveling up that hill, due to slick conditions.
