TONTITOWN (KFSM)- The three people killed in a head-on collision in Tontitown on October 13, 2014 tested positive for drugs, according to a toxicology report from the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory.

The head-on collision happened on U.S. 412 just before 7 p.m. Anthony R. Morgan, 50, Michelle R. Johnson, 41, and Glen A. Wensel, 84, were pronounced dead at the scene by authorities. Morgan and Wensel were from Jay, Okla., while Johnson is from Quapaw, Okla., according to Arkansas State Police. All three victims were traveling in a Lincoln Town Car.

Jacob N. Wilmott, 26, of Springdale, was hospitalized at Washington Regional Medical Center following the wreck. He was later taken by a medical helicopter to a hospital in Springfield, Mo. Wilmott was driving a Chevrolet pickup truck.

Police said the Lincoln car crossed the center lane and struck Wilmott’s pickup truck head-on. Authorities said they found alcohol in both vehicles.

According to authorities, Morgan was driving the Lincoln, Wensel was in the passenger seat and Johnson was sitting in the back seat.

The toxicology report shows Morgan had .009 g% ethanol in his system. The report also shows he tested positive for cannabinoids, methamphetamines and amphetamines.

Wensel’s toxicology report shows he also had .009 g% ethanol in his system, as well as opiates and oxycodone.

The toxicology report on Johnson shows she had .002 g% ethanol in her system and she tested positive for cannabinoids, methamphetamines, opiates and oxycodone.

Wilmott’s toxicology report shows he tested negative for all substances.
