FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) – The Culpepper Place assisted living center in Fayetteville was evacuated on Tuesday afternoon due to smoke, officials say.
The facility is at 4461 N. Crossover Rd.
Fire personnel responded after smoke was found to be coming from the motor of an HVAC unit, according to officials.
There were no reported injuries as a result of the incident, and as of 5 p.m., residents were allowed back into the building, fire personnel said.
