FORT SMITH (KFSM) - The organizer behind the Steel Horse Rally is billing a motorcycle parade taking place in May as a unique sight to see in the River Valley. For a "5NEW This Morning" segment that aired Sunday (Apr. 5th), anchor Daren Bobb spoke to the President of the Steel Horse Rally Dennis Snow. He tells us Downtown Fort Smith was the perfect location for the parade given that its second widest street in the United States.
The non-profit had originally sought $84,000 from the city, but Mayor Sandy Sanders
. The event is scheduled is take place on May 1st and 2nd.
