FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) – The capital murder suspect accused of stabbing a Tontitown woman to death in May 2014 will have his trial date reset from Monday (April 13) to an undetermined future day, officials said.
Brock Atkins was scheduled to be in Washington County Circuit Court on Monday, but that court date will be rescheduled, officials said. Atkins remains in the Washington County Detention Center without bond, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office website.
Atkins is accused of stabbing and killing Dawn LeAnn Frazier near Tontitown on May 21, 2014, according to authorities. (Read more about the case here.)
Last June, Atkins pleaded not guilty to capital murder at his arraignment before Judge Ray Reynolds.
