WASHINGTON COUNTY (KFSM) – The accused eye shadow bandit, who went viral after police say she stole more than $100 worth of eye shadow, is once again behind bars, according to jail records.
Brandy Allen, 32, was booked into the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday (April 23) at 11:17 p.m. and faces a charge of failure to appear, jail records state.
An arrest warrant was issued for Allen on April 15 after authorities said she missed her last court date scheduled for April 14 and failed to provide a “reasonable excuse,” according to court documents.
The April 14 hearing was for prior charges, including theft of property, possession of morphine and another count of failure to appear, court documents state.
Her next hearing is scheduled for May 8 at 7:45 a.m., and her bond has been set at $50,000, according to detention center records.
