SCOTT COUNTY (KFSM)- The Scott County Sheriff's Office arrested a man and a woman on suspicion of sexual exploitation of a 14-year-old girl.
Ywpheng Vue and Billie Taff are being held at the Scott County Detention Center, according to the release from the sheriff's office.
Vue is facing charges of rape and sexual assault and his bond has been set at $100,000, the release states.
Taff is facing charges of sexual indecency with a child and engaging a child in sexually explicit conduct for use in visual or print medium, according to the release. Her bond has been set at $75,000.
Court documents state the crimes happened at a home in Waldron, and that Vue raped the child while his girlfriend took pictures and watched the rape happen.
An arraignment date for both suspects has been set for May 5 at 9 a.m.
