FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) – The Fayetteville Fire Department along with search and rescue crews are searching Lake Sequoyah for a possible missing boater, according to Sgt. Craig Stout with the Fayetteville Police Department.
Stout said an empty blue and white kayak was found near the dam around 6 p.m. Saturday, (May 17).
Police said crews are checking all the put-ins of the lake and as of now do not have a missing person identified.
