PARIS (KFSM) – Paris schools went into lockdown on Wednesday morning (May 20), authorities say.
The Paris Police Department said a call was received saying that an individual was in front of a school with a pipe bomb and a gun. Authorities so far have not found anyone near the school matching the description of the threat, and they said it was possible the threat was just a prank call. Still, schools were put into lockdown as a precaution, according to the Paris Police Department.
As of 12:05 p.m., the schools were still in lockdown.
