CRAWFORD COUNTY (KFSM) – A Crawford County man who went missing was found safe overnight, according to deputies at the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office.
Gary Gooding, 68, returned back to the Crawford County Health and Rehab Facility around 11 p.m. Thursday night.
Arkansas State Police had issued a Silver Alert for him earlier that day, noting that he had health problems, including diabetes that could put his life in danger.
Crawford County Health and Rehab told 5NEWS that the man was checked out earlier Thursday by his family for an afternoon outing. Gooding lost his temper while with the family, and wandered off, said Crawford County Rehab officials. The family then reported him as missing.
Gooding appeared to be in good health when he was found.
