FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) – A woman accused of introducing a 14-year-old girl to prostitution through a pimp named “Allstar” and filming the victim having sex with an adult male was investigated by the FBI, according to court documents.

Jessyca Hoskins, 26, was booked into the Washington County Detention Center on June 9 after previously bonding out of jail in March, officials said. She was initially released on March 28 on a $10,000 bond, but she was later given an order of detention by Magistrate Judge Erin Setser, court documents state.

No bond has been issued for Hoskins since she was booked into jail for a second time on June 9, according to jail records.

On March 22, Fayetteville police went to Washington Regional Medical Center after being called about a rape case, according to an arrest report. The victim is a 14-year-old girl. Her mother told officers that the girl was raped multiple times between March 20 and 21, the report states.

The mother also told police the victim exchanged sexual acts for money, authorities said.

On March 23, the victim was interviewed, and she said she was supposed to stay at a friend’s residence in Fayetteville on March 20 and 21. Instead, she stayed with Hoskins, the report states. During the weekend, the victim had sex with multiple males at Hoskins’ home, police said.

According to the report, Hoskins allowed the victim to use alcohol and marijuana, and she introduced the victim to prostitution through a pimp named “Allstar.”

Investigators later located a witness who had a video of the victim and a man having sex, the report states. They spoke with Hoskins who confirmed the victim had been at her house on March 21, and she witnessed the victim having sex with a man she knew was over 18, police said. Hoskins also told police she knew the victim was a minor, the report states.

Police said the video obtained from a witness shows the victim being sexually assaulted, and in the video Hoskins is heard antagonizing the victim and commenting on the sex. The victim can also be heard complaining of pain multiple times in the video, according to the report.

On Friday (March 27), police interviewed Hoskins again, and she admitted to filming the video with her phone and sending it to a friend, authorities said. She also admitted to knowing the man who had sex with the minor and the pimp known as “Allstar” but refused to give any more information on their identities, the report states.

During her first arrest, Hoskins faced charges of distributing, possessing or viewing child pornography, computer exploitation of a child and more. The FBI later investigated the case, and Hoskins’ charges went to a federal prosecutor.

She now faces a federal charge of production of child pornography, officials said.

On June 10, Hoskins appeared before Setser and was assigned John Schisler as her federal public defender, according to court records.

As of Wednesday (June 17) at 4:30 p.m., a future court date has not yet been set for Hoskins, court records state.
