ROGERS (KFSM) – Texas-based Whataburger announced on Wednesday (July 8) it has started hiring for its upcoming Rogers location.
The restaurant will employ between 60 and 90 people, according to a news release.
Construction started on the new business in May, and it is expected to open in August. It will be located at Pleasant Crossing Boulevard and Interstate 49.
“We take a lot of pride in what we do at Whataburger, and we’re proud to offer compensation and benefits that are highly competitive in the industry, other perks like flexible scheduling, weekly paychecks, food discounts, and opportunities for leadership and development, all within a family environment,” said Rob Rodriguez, Whataburger senior vice president of restaurant operations.

The Rogers location will be the second Whataburger in Northwest Arkansas with the first being in Fayetteville. That restaurant is scheduled to open later in July, officials said. The Fayetteville Whataburger will be at Martin Luther King Boulevard and South Sang Avenue.
The restaurant chain is not to be confused with Whatta-Burger in Russellville. The two are not affiliated in any way.
