VAN BUREN (KFSM) – A young boy battling cancer got a special surprise from the Make-A-Wish Foundation on Saturday (July 18).
7-year-old Timothy Moore had his one wish granted by the Make-A-Wish Foundation Saturday in Van Buren. Family, friends and volunteers eagerly waited at Wheels in Motion to see his face when it was revealed that he’d be going to Disney World and LEGOLAND in Florida.
“We are at Wheels In Motion and we got to do Timothy’s Make-A-Wish reveal party today,” said Harmonie Moore, Timothy’s mother. “He had no idea until about an hour and a half ago. We’re going to Disney World, LEGOLAND and the beach.”
Timothy was diagnosed with leukemia when he was 4-years-old.
