MANSFIELD (KFSM) –Crews were busy searching for the cause of what was described as a major water leak in a Mansfield water tank Wednesday morning (July29).
The city’s Recorder Treasurer, Becky Walker, told 5NEWS that water was leaking out of the tank quickly, and residents were able to see a noticeable change in their water pressure during the morning hours.
Walker said that if the leak had not been found quickly, several Mansfield residents could have been without water.
The tank is now fixed and functioning properly.
