Kenny Chesney Sells Out Walmart AMP

ROGERS (KFSM) - Country superstar Kenny Chesney took the stage at the Walmart Arkansas Music Pavilion (AMP) Thursday (July 30.)

It was Chesney’s first time performing in Northwest Arkansas. Chase Rice and Jake Owen opened the show before Chesney took the stage.

5NEWS spoke with some fans before they went inside the gates, including one who has seen this show many times.

"This is my 14th time seeing Kenny Chesney,” Mallory Woods said. "It is lively. There is dance music. It is a good time. There is no boring said there twiddle your thumbs. It is just fun.”

Coming up at the AMP, Cross Church will be having a night of music on August 8, followed by Whitesnake on August 15, and Hank Williams Jr. on August 22.
