FORT SMITH (KFSM) - Management at Bedford Camera and Video in Fort Smith has released footage of a woman taking a camera from the store and running off with it on Friday (July 31).
Sgt. Daniel Grubbs of the Fort Smith Police Department said the female suspect is described to be in her 20s with dyed red hair, wearing a blue tank top and pink shorts.
According to Grubbs, the camera was valued at $750, but was on sale for $400. He stated the woman was looking at the camera and simply walked out of the store with it.
She left in a white four-door passenger car, driven by a white male with brown hair.
