Springdale Police Investigate After Shots Fired Near Apartment Complex

SPRINGDALE (KFSM) – The Springdale Police Department is investigating a shots fired call after officers responded to Crutcher Street Tuesday morning (August 4).

The call came in around 5:56 a.m. near the Crutcher Strawberry Apartments where officers found three shell casings on the street, according to police. Investigators also found two bullet holes in the side of a house across the street from the apartment complex. Police said an elderly woman lives in the home.

The scene was cleared around 8:15 a.m. No injuries were reported in the incident and a gun was not found, but investigators are following up leads.
