ROGERS (KFSM) -- The Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department has reached a major milestone on a construction project on Interstate 49.
After two years of construction crews took down the concrete barriers protecting workers from between exit 83 to 85.
The concrete walls will be replaced with orange barrels.
