FORT SMITH (KFSM) — The Ohio man arrested on suspicion of two counts of attempted rape has had his bond set at $100,000, cash only, according to Sebastian County Prosecuting Attorney Daniel Shue.
Antoine Michael, 42, was arrested Monday (Aug. 11) in a local coffee shop after he told an undercover detective he was interested in having sex with a juvenile male and a juvenile female, both under the age of 13.
Bond conditions of no contact, directly or indirectly, with anyone under the age of 18 have also been set, according to an official letter from Shue’s office.
Michael has also been prohibited from possessing any device capable of accessing the internet, the letter stated.
Micahel pleaded not guilty to the two charges.
Shue stated Michael has to make a mandatory court appearance in 60-90 days.
