More Women Surviving Ovarian Cancer

More women than ever are surviving ovarian cancer, which has historically been recorded with a very high death rate. Researchers say that is changing.

Lorna Conn is an ovarian cancer survivor. She is among a growing number of women who are living longer with the disease. A recent study from Columbia University Medical Center says that women diagnosed with ovarian cancer are now 50% less likely to die from the disease than women from decades ago.
