OZARK (KFSM) — A jury trial date has been set for a Charleston man, who has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of Joey Strickland, according to court documents.
The trial for Thomas Barnes, 64, is scheduled for Dec. 16, 2015, at 9 a.m., court documents show.
Barnes bonded out of the Franklin County Detention Center on July 2 after his bond was reduced from $500,000 to $30,000.
