FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) — Police served a warrant for a Fayetteville man who was arrested Friday (Aug. 21) for allegedly robbing and threatening to kill two women inside their home.
Ladarius Hartaway, 23, is facing felony charges of Aggravated Residential Burglary, Aggravated Robbery and Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree, according to his arrest warrant.
Along with two others, Hartaway is accused of entering a home in April and robbing two women inside at gunpoint, the warrant states. Hartaway also allegedly threatened to kill the victims as well as police on scene.
His first court appearance was Monday (Aug. 24) and he is being held at the Washington County Detention Center on a $25,000 bond.
