CRAWFORD COUNTY (KFSM) — The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office says a man charged with 10 counts of rape surrendered to deputies after he violated the terms of his bond conditions.

They first posted about the situation on the office’s Facebook page on Friday (September 11).

Gerald Lee Graham, 44, turned himself him at 8:30 p.m. Friday night, according to deputies. He had bonded out at $60,000 on Aug. 20, 2015, after he was arrested on suspicion of rape and child pornography.

He was charged with 10 counts of rape and second degree sexual assault for having sexual relations with a juvenile girl.

According to Crawford County Sheriff Ron Brown, one of the conditions Graham had violated was that he “was not to have direct or indirect contact with the victim.”
