JOHNSON COUNTY (KFSM) — A man is behind bars without bond Tuesday morning (Sept. 15) at the Johnson County Detention Center after a hit and run severely injured another person Monday night in Clarksville (Sept. 14).
Cesar Alvarado, 21, is facing a charge of ‘Hit and Run with Grave Personal Injury’.
His next court date is set for the morning of November 6th, according to his intake report.
Details of the hit and run accident are not currently available from the Arkansas State Police.
