SILOAM SPRINGS (KFSM) — The Siloam Springs Police Department is searching for two suspects in relation to the theft and fraudulent use of a debit card this month.
The card was stolen in Highfill, and then the thieves used it to make purchases in early September in Siloam Springs and Fayetteville.
