A weekend break from the heat will arrive on Friday with a quick return to above normal temperatures as early as Sunday. We’ll have a few rain showers along the front but skies will clear quickly on Friday night with great weather and cool temperatures for Friday night.

The rain chances should be confined to the first part of the day Friday. Rain is likely to be spotty and rain totals should be less than .25″.

By Noon, there will still be quite a few clouds across the area but north winds will begin drying us out with cooler temperatures filtering in.

By evening, we’ll see clearing skies and north winds with temperatures falling into the 50s and 60s. MUCH cooler for Football Friday Night.
