BENTONVILLE (KFSM) -- A new escape room opened in Bentonville called Bolt NWA.
The business features three different rooms in which a group of up to eight people can be trapped. They have to find clues and solve puzzles to find a key hidden in the room to help them escape within an hour. One of the rooms is called the Professor's Lounge, which draws from an Indiana Jones theme.
Lance Lewsader is one of the four co-owners, and he said this escape room is different from any other in the world because of its unique puzzles. The team of four wrote the clues and designed the rooms themselves. He helped build the room called The Hostel, which is based off the movie bearing the same name.
Lewsader said, "We wanted to bring something to Bentonville that wasn't here, that was unique, that gave families, businesses, everybody something to do, so we decided we'd bring this escape room here in the hopes that the community would welcome us, and we definitely want them here."
The Hacker's Den room is another original idea that the co-founders developed on their own.
It costs $20 per person to participate in one escape room.
