FORT SMITH (KFSM) - A play with its central theme of two people falling in love and appreciating the small things in life is preparing to hit the stage in a few weeks at a Fort Smith theater. And the production team is a group of Southside High School students.

For a "5NEWS This Morning" segment that aired Sunday (October 18), anchor Daren Bobb spoke to Donna Dahlem and Julia Hightower both with Southside Rebel Theater. They helped put together a production following the life of Emily Webb and George Gibbs called "Our Town."

Thirty kids are involved with this play scheduled to begin on Saturday, October 31st at 7:00 p.m. Those attending the Halloween show are encouraged to dress in a costume. There will also be another show on Sunday, November 1st at 2:00 p.m. and both plays will be held at the Southside Auditorium.

Tickets, which can be purchased at the door, will cost seven dollars for adults and five dollars for students.
