LEFLORE COUNTY (KFSM) — Firefighters responded to a burning trailer where crews thought one person was trapped inside a home Friday morning (Oct. 23), according to LeFlore County Undersheriff Kendall Morgan.
Dispatchers said the home caught fire around 6:50 a.m. located near the community of Calhoun, which is about six miles north of Shady Point.
According to the fire chief of Shady Point, the home is a total loss.
No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
