FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) — A Rogers man was arrested Friday night (Oct. 30) after allegedly assaulting a police officer and threatening to eat his family.

Cliff Cloud, 31, is facing charges of terroristic threatening, battery in the second degree, endangering the welfare of a minor in the third degree, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and public intoxication, according to a police report.

Cloud attempted to force a 17-year-old girl to go with him while they were at the Braums on College Avenue in Fayetteville. He allegedly grabbed her wrist and told her that “someone was going to die tonight” and then blew her a kiss, the report states.

Later, Cloud attacked a male, who managed to pin him to the ground until officers arrived. The male victim was scratched in the face and nose during the altercation, the report said.

After officers handcuffed Cloud on suspicion of public intoxication, he attacked one of the officers and kicked him in the inner leg, according to the report.

Cloud also threatened an officer while he was being transported to the Washington County Detention Center, saying that he was going to punch him in the face and that he was going to “eat my family,” according to the report.

He is being held on a $10,000 bond.

Cloud admitted to officers that he drank “a lot,” according to the report.
