BENTON COUNTY (KFSM) — A hearing for two Benton County Sheriff’s Office employees has been set after they both filed grievances against Sheriff Kelley Cradduck.
Robin Holt and Jeremy Guyll will go before the Grievance Council Nov. 17 at 6 p.m. in the Benton County Quorum Court room.
Both Holt and Guyll claim Cradduck demoted them after they reported what they refer to as “illegal and unethical” actions and cooperated with an Arkansas State Police investigation that followed.
Benton County Prosecutor Nathan Smith requested the appointment of a special prosecutor in the case and last week, ASP seized several drawers of files from the sheriff’s office.
Cradduck has called the investigation “dirty politics.”
