FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) – For the third time this season Arkansas had an offensive lineman honored by the SEC.
After helping the Razorbacks run for a season high 299 yards at LSU, Arkansas tackle Dan Skipper was named the league’s offensive lineman of the week.
Sebastian Tretola and Mitch Smothers each earned the award earlier this season.
The 299 yards rushing is the most in a SEC game under Bret Bielema and the most over a conference opponent since the 2007 win at LSU.
Arkansas has run for 200 yards or more in five of their six conference games, the most in the SEC. Arkansas is averaging 204 yards a game against SEC opponents.
The Razorbacks are leading the SEC in scoring offense with 32.3 points in conference games.
