Free parking spaces include metered areas and the newly opened Spring Street Parking Deck, which also has free covered bicycle parking, the release states.

The parking deck opened in October and offers 235 parking spots, the release states. It is located between West and School Avenues, behind the Walton Arts Center.

Municipal parking will also be free during the day on Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.
