The huge ice storm glazed Oklahoma on Saturday, Nov. 28.
Nearly 100,000 Oklahoma homes were left without power, and countless cars and homes were damaged by downed tree limbs.
With electric companies unable to bring back power in a timely manner, Red Cross opened several warming stations for residents without heat.
The winter storm that started Thursday, Nov. 26 caused Governor Fallin to call for aid in all 77 Oklahoma counties.
