LEFLORE COUNTY, Okla. (KFSM) — The LeFlore County Sheriff’s Office will be giving away gun locks as part of Project Childsafe.
They will be giving the locks to anyone at least 18 years or older for free, according to a post on their Facebook page on Tuesday (Dec. 1).
Anyone interested in picking up a gun lock can do so at the Sheriff’s Administration Office at the Court House in Poteau, located on 100 South Church St. They are open Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
“The LeFlore County Sheriff’s Office would like to wish everyone a Happy and SAFE Holiday Season,” they said.
