ROGERS (KFSM) – Arkansas State Police are investigating a car accident that happened, Saturday (Dec. 12) involving an officer from the Rogers Police Department.
Police said officer Kyle Hunter was in a two car accident at the intersection of Dixieland Road and Pleasant Grove Road in the city of Rogers.
No injuries were reported in the accident.
According to the Rogers Police Department Facebook page, Officer Hunter has been with the department for 11 months.
Arkansas State Police are now investigating the accident.
It is the policy of the Rogers Police Department that anytime an officer with the department is involved in an accident, an outside agency will be requested to conduct the investigation into the accident.
