Man Facing Video Voyeurism Charges For Filming In Bentonville Fitness Center

BENTONVILLE (KFSM) — A Rogers man was arrested Sunday (Jan. 11) after he was caught allegedly filming another man in the locker room of a Bentonville fitness center.

Jordan Rufo, 25, is facing class D felony charges of video voyeurism, according to a press release.

According to a release, a man was using the shower inside the men’s locker room of Planet Fitness on Southwest Westpark Drive when he looked up and saw a phone being held above the shower curtain and pointed at him. The man who was holding the phone ran out of the room after the man in the shower started yelling.

Another person inside the locker room heard the man yelling and spotted the man running out of the room, the release states. The two men identified the filmer as Rufo, and he was arrested at the scene.

Rufo was taken to the Benton County jail.

The investigation is continuing. The release states, that police served a search warrant at Rufo’s residence earlier today.
