Razorbacks Cure Road Woes With Rout At Missouri

Razorbacks set school record for largest margin of victory in SEC road game

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KFSM) – Arkansas lost their first six games away from Bud Walton Arena to start the 2015-16 season. That skid came to a screeching halt on Tuesday night.

The Razorbacks had it’s best road shooting effort in nearly 25 years as they routed Missouri 94-61 to pick up the SEC win. The 33-point margin of victory is also the school’s largest SEC road difference in the program’s history.

Moses Kingsley led the way with 24 points while Anthlon Bell added 20 while three other finished in double figures. Arkansas was 37-of-59 (62.7 percent) from the field and hit 8-of-15 from 3-point range.

Arkansas dominated in every statistical category as Missouri shot just 38 percent and 20 of their 61 points came at the foul line. Terrence Phillips led the Tigers with 16 points.

The Razorbacks are now in tie for third in the SEC at 3-1, just a game back of Texas A&M. Arkansas travels to LSU on Saturday.
