NORTHWEST ARKANSAS (KFSM) — If you plan on driving Monday morning (Jan. 18), you might encounter some slick conditions in Northwest Arkansas.
Arkansas State Police said drivers should use caution when driving over bridges, overpasses and side roads.
According to idrivearkansas.com, U.S. Highway 412 in Huntsville is partly covered in snow, as well as Highway 59 near Siloam Springs and Highway 412 near Tontitown.
Although it is MLK Day, a few schools across the area were going to be session and have closed due to slick road conditions. Ambassadors for Christ in Bentonville and Haas Hall Academy in Fayetteville and Bentonville are now closed.
