Light rain and freezing rain is expected. While accumulations will be minimal; bridges and overpasses will become slick as soon as air temperatures fall below freezing.

Expect some road problems to develop after dark with slick roads becoming widespread by 9 or 10pm.

The majority of the rain/freezing rain will be east of the area by midnight.

Chances of light ice amounts are highest in NW Arkansas and lower towards Fort Smith. However, even with trace amounts, ice could develop on bridges in the River Valley.
