FORT SMITH (KFSM) — Federal investigators have closed off multiple businesses in Fort Smith on Tuesday (Jan. 26), according to police.
The exact nature of the investigation is still unknown, but police said it was in connection to an IRS investigation.
The Valero at the intersection of Grand and Albert Pike and the Mini Mart on Park Avenue were two of the main sites shut down.
