Construction Begins On Addition At Greenwood Fire Department

GREENWOOD (KFSM) — Construction crews began working on a new $600,000 addition at the Greenwood Fire Department Wednesday morning (Jan. 27).

Fire Chief Stewart Bryan said the addition will consist of three garage-type buildings, which will be used to house emergency rescue vehicles and equipment which is currently out in the weather.

Bryan said construction is expected to wrap up by summer.
