FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) – After less than a year on the job, Arkansas running backs coach Jemal Singleton has accepted the same position with the Indianapolis Colts.
Singleton replaced Joel Thomas in February of 2015 after he took a position with the New Orleans Saints. Sports Illustrated was the first to report the move.
Arkansas running back Alex Collins set a school record with 20 rushing touchdowns in 2015 and the team rushed for more than 2,500 yards and 31 scores.
Razorbacks receivers coach Michael Smith took to Twitter to congratulate his fellow coach.
“Congrats to Jemal and his family!! Keep chasing your dreams bro!! Good luck!,” Smith said on Twitter.
