CLARKSVILLE (KFSM) — Clarksville officers arrested a parolee after finding methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia inside his home.
Police found three grams of methamphetamine, two glass pipes, two digital scales and other items of drug paraphernalia during a seach of Kevin Kulp’s home.
Kulp was booked into the Johnson County Detention Center on Feb. 4.
The arrest comes partly from the Clarksville Police Department’s more proactive stance against the war on drugs. Officer Todd Russell is serving as the new narcotics officer, along with his K9 Basha, a 3-year-old Belgian Malinois.
