LITTLE ROCK (KFSM) — Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson officially offered his endorsement of presidential candidate Marco Rubio on Monday afternoon (Feb. 22).
Hutchinson tweeted his praise of Rubio ahead of the Arkansas primary, which will be Tuesday March 1.
He called on others to also share their support for Rubio saying,”I’m delighted to support @marcorubio because he is best choice to keep our country safe. Will you join me and help Marco win Arkansas?”
Hutchinson’s endorsement comes a day after Rubio made a stop in Arkansas on the campaign trail, speaking to a crowd in Little Rock Sunday (Feb. 21).
